All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi, India by courier. The following policy applies exclusively to orders shipped to Malaysia.

1.  Shipping Rates

Free Shipping	On orders RM 159 and above

 

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout on all orders of RM 159 and above.

2.  Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery to Malaysia: 4 to 8 business days from dispatch.

All delivery dates and times are estimates only and are given in good faith. Factors including customs clearance, public holidays, and courier availability may affect delivery time.

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

3.  Delivery Details

Order deliveries are made between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a trusted person - a family member, colleague, or neighbour - to sign on your behalf.

DE WOUD accepts no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person, or for damage that occurs after delivery.

4.  Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped via tracked courier.

Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.  Claims for Shortages or Damage in Transit

All claims for shortages or damage must be reported to us on the day of delivery, with supporting photo or video evidence.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Please do not dispose of the original packaging before your claim has been approved.

The following restrictions apply to all Malaysia orders:

•     Orders ship on business days only (Monday to Friday)

•     Not all shipping methods are available for all items

•     DE WOUD fragrances are classified as flammable liquids (UN1266, Class 3) and are shipped in compliance with international dangerous goods regulations

•     Free shipping is not applicable to orders below RM 159
